We experienced a website outage at the end of last week, which also prevented access to downloads for software and associated licences, and we are aware that this affected a number of users over the weekend.

This has now been resolved and was due to a customer service failure by our internet service provider which was out of our control. Rest assured that there was no hack or nefarious activity involved.
