Results: Spectral response graphs

Spectral response graphs show the amplitude of the total transfer function, or |RAO|, that maps the wave elevation process to the result process.

In the time domain these graphs are available only if you have run a response calculation wave.

In the frequency domain these graphs are available only if you have run a random wave frequency domain simulation, at wave frequency solution frequencies, and the wave train is defined by a single wave spectrum without spreading.

The graph is only available once the simulation has been completed.

The graph plots the calculated RAO amplitude for the selected variable on the Y axis and wave frequency on the X axis.
