Results: Instantaneous value tables

Instantaneous value results tables report the values of variables at the instantaneous calculation state, or the active replay time. When a replay is active, the results are reported for the active replay time. Otherwise the results are for the latest simulated time, or the static state.

To obtain instantaneous value results tables:

• Select the static result / time history result type.
• Select the object.
• Select the instantaneous value period.
• Select the variable. More than one variable can be selected.
• Click the show button.

New variables can be appended to existing instantaneous value results windows, as follows:

• Select the spreadsheet window to which you want to append, by clicking on it.
• Then open the select results form and select the variables that you want to append.
• Then hold the CTRL key down and click the show button.

This makes it possible to have a single window showing results for different objects and also for different points on the same object.
