Origin colours
These data determine the colour of the indicator marks drawn when origin drawing is enabled.
The following origins are drawn:
- Centre of mass is always drawn.
- Centre of buoyancy is drawn when the coordinates are not set to '~'.
- Diffraction origins are drawn when their corresponding effects are included in the calculation, as described in more detail below.
- Current load origin is drawn when current load is included in the calculation.
- Wind load origin is drawn when wind load is included in the calculation.
- Other damping reference origin is drawn when other damping is included in the calculation.
The various different diffraction data origins are usually at the same point and so are drawn in the same colour. The following diffraction data origins are drawn, when their corresponding
effect is included in the calculation.
- Displacement RAO origin and phase origin.
- Load RAO origin and phase origin.
- Wave drift QTF origin and phase origin.
- Sum frequency QTF origin and phase origin.
- Stiffness, added mass and damping reference origin.
